Managing Member - Grant
Scheffel

Grant Scheffel has worked with
many large corporate customers
over the years. He was involved
in the system design and
programming for the PDC

pharmaceutical division for Premier Milling. The system
designed and implemented ran over R 60 million of new
transactions every day. Grant spent 12 years in the retail
industry in his capacity as Systems Director and became a
shareholder in the business in 1999. The business had a
total of 420 stores which were controlled by computer
systems designed and implemented throughout the
country. Grant has been involved with CRG (Wits) and GES
in developing ECO systems and monitoring solutions
which are currently being installed and evaluated in a
number of Multi-National companies.

IT Manager and Member - Hardy
Esterhuizen

Hardy Esterhuizen has been
involved with Netgen since
inception. His background is
warehouse control systems,

technical programming and ran a support team of 20
people for a major South African retail group. Hardy was
responsible for the stock control systems and boasts
a loss factor of less than 0.001% of stock though his
systems while processing in excess on R800 million
of stock per year. Hardy heads up all technical support
and programming in Netgen.

Senior Systems Developer - Matthew
Vreenegoor

Matthew Joined Netgen 2 years
after the company opened and
is involved in all projects and
decisions within Netgen.

Matthew is also a member of the company and is involved
in all business aspects. Matthew is a senior systems
developer for Netgen and heads up the development team.
Matthew has a BSC honours from RAU university. Matthew
also holds various microsoft certification including
his MCP, MCSD and MCDBA. His expertise is database
development and the creation of online secure systems.
Matthew has an active role in the development and
maintenance of the Ecostat system developed.

Company Profile

Netgen expanded into new premises in Randburg in

September 2004 and from here we are able to support our
customer base. A 200 Square meter training facility is
planned for January 2005 in Randburg which will allow
Netgen to provide customized training according to the level
and expertise of the customer base. This training facility will
allow customers to be trained on their own applications in
the facility, using copies of their own live data where
necessary. Netgen has provided custom applications for
many varying types of industries. These being customized
cellular airtime solutions,Stock Control and Accounting,
Leasing Control systems, Environmental Monitoring and
control systems as well as document tracking and financial
grant systems.

The company has a solid funding base provided by the
shareholders in the business. The accumulated experience
of 29 years of the founding members ensures effective
control and sound business operation.
