Administration Functions


Customer Administration. A complete customer administration system exists and this controls all of the following functions:

    * Allowed Users
    * Allowed Products
    * Accounts information
    * Stock information
    * Sales leads and contacts

The customer control allows customers to have access to all or only partial areas of the products. The system also caters for multiple price structures as well as sales territories and areas. Training schedules are well as courses completed can be maintained for each customer. Invoices and sales information can be analyzed by customer and by brand and product group on current information and a history basis.
